Matthew and his wife, Roseanna, met here in 2006 in Barb Brewer's Sunday School class. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Business and Christian Ministries from Anderson University. He has served in Worship Leadership in churches in Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina as well as having been invited as a guest Worship Leader and Clinician for Camp Meetings and other events in OH, IN, IL, NC, and SC both within the Church of God and Ecumenically. Matthew also is an Associate Conductor for the Eaton Area Community Chorus, has taught private lessons, has been a substitute teacher and has assisted with the Eaton High School Band, Choir, and Musical Theater department.

Matthew works Full-Time for Preble County as a Driver Examiner. He is a BIG nerd and loves to read fantasy novels and watch sci-fi. He also loves Mexican & Indian food, the Cleveland Browns and The Ohio State Buckeyes. Matthew and Roseanna have 2 rotten children, Emma and Luke.

Aaron joined the E1COG staff as Senior Pastor in July 2020. Aaron has a Bachelor’s in Theology from Cornerstone College of Virginia and is currently studying to receive a Master of Ministry degree from Warner University in Florida. Before coming to Eaton, Aaron served as the Senior Pastor of Common Ground church in Thayer, Missouri.

Aaron enjoys lifting weights, music, random bits of trivia, and memorizing scripture. He and his wife, Sara, have three kids: Kristine, Mitchell, and Fin.
