AARON HOLMAN, LEAD PASTOR | AARON@E1COG.COM
Aaron joined the E1COG staff as Senior Pastor in July 2020. Aaron has a Bachelor’s in Theology from Cornerstone College of Virginia and a Master of Ministry degree from Warner University in Florida. Before coming to Eaton, Aaron served as the Senior Pastor of Common Ground church in Thayer, Missouri.
Aaron enjoys lifting weights, music, random bits of trivia, and memorizing scripture. He and his wife, Sara, have three kids: Kristine, Mitchell, and Fin.

Matthew and his wife, Roseanna, met here in 2006 in Barb Brewer's Sunday School class. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Business and Christian Ministries from Anderson University. He has served in Worship Leadership in churches in Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina as well as having been invited as a guest Worship Leader and Clinician for Camp Meetings and other events in OH, IN, IL, NC, and SC both within the Church of God and Ecumenically. Matthew also is an Associate Conductor for the Eaton Area Community Chorus, and has assisted with the Eaton High School Band, Choir, and Musical Theater department.
Matthew works Full-Time for Preble County as a Driver Examiner. He is a BIG nerd and loves to read fantasy novels and watch sci-fi. He also loves Mexican & Indian food, the Cleveland Browns and The Ohio State Buckeyes. Matthew and Roseanna have 2 rotten children, Emma and Luke.
ALLIE LITTLE, PASTOR OF YOUTH AND CONNECTION | YOUTH@e1cog.com
Allie joined staff as the Youth Intern in August 2024 and was recently voted to be our Pastor of Youth and Connection. She oversees the Wednesday night program, Sunday Night Girl’s Bible Study, Youth Worship Band and helps organize events and fundraisers through the year. She also volunteers at the church in the Worship and Kid’s ministries.
Allie is a nurse working for a home health care agency, and in her spare time you can find her at any thrift store, or cuddling with her dog, Rosie.

After working as a legal secretary in the Dayton area, Karen joined the staff in 1990. She is responsible for making sure the church office runs smoothly and assisting the staff.
Karen and her husband Jerry, have one daughter, Hannah (married to Matthew) and one son, Jordan (married to Shelby) and seven beautiful grandchildren. Some of her favorite things to do include being outside, hiking, reading, and spending time with her family.
